RETURNS POLICY & MORE
Over 9 billion pounds of waste is created each year due to returned items. Many products that are returned cannot be resold. That's literally tons of trash! We hope you will join us in doing our best to avoid contributing to this problem. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@fragrancefreekit.com prior to purchasing.
We really think you'll love the products we sell! In the unlikely event that our products don’t work out for you, here are our policies:
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our products and kits / bundles, the majority of returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated.
We can make one exception - if you wish to return your entire kit in a completely unopened and unused condition, please email us at hello@fragrancefreekit.com.
Upon approval, the kit items should be packaged in original packaging if possible and include a printout of your return confirmation email with your name and order number.
All return shipping costs must be paid by you, as we do not cover return shipping. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice that is traceable, and we strongly recommend using an insured form of delivery, as Fragrance Free Inc (DBA Unscents) is not responsible for any lost packages that you send. Once available, please email us back your tracking number to speed up the refund process.
While we don’t charge a restocking fee, any shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. Your refund may take up to 10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
DAMAGED ITEMS / REPLACEMENTS:
Shipping damages happen! We are happy to provide a one-time replacement of, or refund for, any item that arrives damaged. Please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@fragrancefreekit.com, and include a photo of the damaged item(s) with an explanation of the situation. The choice of a refund or replacement is at our discretion, however you are free to let us know if you have a preference. We will try to accommodate your preference, when possible.
REFUNDS:
We are sensitive folks too, and we know that not every product works out for everyone. If you find that any product we sell doesn’t work for you, please email us at hello@fragrancefreekit.com and let us know.
If you purchased a kit and one or more of the items doesn’t work for you, we are happy to issue a prorated partial refund if you contact us within 14 days of kit delivery to you. After 14 days, we will not issue refunds.
INCORRECT OR LOST GOODS:
Did we mistakenly ship you an incorrect kit or product(s)? Whoops! Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at hello@fragrancefreekit.com, and we will ship the correct item(s) ASAP.
Lost items? No need to panic, we'll help try to find it. First, please double check that the shipping address was submitted correctly. Then, check around your entrance, home, property, or mailbox in case the driver thought they found a safe hiding spot (or even at your neighbors!). It happens more often than you'd think. Still no package or attempted delivery notice within 2 additional business days? Contact the carrier with the tracking number to start a claim.
