    We’re starting with our three (3) curated kits of our favorite go-to household cleaners. These products pack a punch without added fragrances that can irritate and harm our bodies.

    Coming Soon - we have big plans for even more kits (with sample / tester size products, bath and body items, and more), video reviews of even more products, maybe a TikTok shop…and beyond!

    • Free of irritating fragrances that are often made of harsh chemicals. Your body doesn’t like them, even if your nose and brain thinks they are nice…

    • Free of health issues - like allergies, skin rashes, headaches, asthma, or even cancers - that these fragrances unknowingly cause or contribute to

    • Free from being tricked by brands. Did you know, fragrances are often used to mask the smells of cleaning or body products that we would normally be repulsed by!

    • Free from anxiety and stress! Ok, not from all stress, but did you know that some chemicals in synthetic fragrances actually mess with your hormones and nervous system, which can lead to anxiety and depression?

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship anywhere in the USA. Unfortunately we do not yet ship internationally, but we're working on it!

    What are your shipping rates?

    We offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our kits at this time!

    Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Camas, WA, in the lovely Pacific Northwest

    When will my order ship?

    Currently we are in Pre-Order mode, meaning all orders will ship within 2-3 weeks of being placed. We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes good things take time.

    During normal operations, we work hard to fulfill all orders within two business days.

    When should I expect my order to arrive?

    West Coast - 2 to 5 business days

    Central USA - 3 to 6 business days

    East Coast, South, Midwest - 4 to 7 business days

    Hawaii / Alaska - 7-10 business days

    I just realized something is incorrect in my order, what should I do?

    Contact us asap at hello@fragrancefreekit.com. Just try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!

  • Do You Accept Returns?

    Due to the nature of our products and kits / bundles, the majority of returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated.

    We can make one exception - if you wish to return your entire kit in a completely unopened and unused condition, please email us at hello@fragrancefreekit.com.

    What About Refunds?

    We are sensitive folks too, and we know that not every product works out for everyone. If you find that any product we sell doesn’t work for you, please email us at hello@fragrancefreekit.com and let us know.

    If you purchased a kit and one or more of the items doesn’t work for you, we are happy to issue a prorated partial refund if you contact us within 14 days of kit delivery to you. After 14 days, we will not issue refunds.

  • I received something broken or defective.

    Shipping damages happen! We are happy to provide a one-time replacement of, or refund for, any item that arrives damaged.

    What can I do if I received a wrong item?

    Did we mistakenly ship you an incorrect kit or product(s)? Whoops! Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at hello@fragrancefreekit.com, and we will ship the correct item(s) ASAP.
