LAUNCH AND PRE-ORDERS

***CURRENTLY WE ARE IN PRE-ORDER MODE DURING OUR LAUNCH*** This means that pre-orders may have a shipment delay of up to 3 weeks. We aim to ship within two business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) typically via United States Postal Service or UPS Ground, but this may vary. 

For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking. Please ensure your email is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders outside of the United States.

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport. If the address provided is not verified by USPS and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package re-sent. 

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes good things take time. We work hard to fulfill all orders within two business days, then the below list gives you a general timeline of what to expect for shipping USA orders.

  • West Coast - 2 to 5 business days

  • Central USA - 3 to 6 business days

  • East Coast, South, Midwest - 4 to 7 business days

  • Hawaii / Alaska - 7-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US at this time. 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is included on many of our kits and items! If an item qualifies for free shipping, you will see a note referencing ‘free shipping’ on the product page, and you will not see a shipping fee incurred when you checkout. 

SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING RATES

If your purchase does not include free shipping, we are happy to offer subsidized rates that are calculated based on your location at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. If no email address is provided the shipping details will be sent via SMS.

ADDITIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at hello@fragrancefreekit.com. Just try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!

If you wish to cancel your order completely, contact us ASAP via email, as your order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
